Resilient decentralized stabilization for uncertain interconnected systems with neutral delay

norm from the disturbance to the controlled output to a prescribed level; and more importantly, to ensure the variation of the controller gain within certain bound. It is shown that the resilient decentralized stabilization problem for the uncertain interconnected system can be resolved by using delay-dependent sufficient conditions derived.
