Deep analysis of Indonesian prosody

This paper describe the deep analysis of Indonesian utterances to gain understanding of Indonesian prosody phenomena, especially in phrase subject of sentence. Deep analysis result show that there is falling part at the beginning of the phrase and there is rising part at the end of the phrase. This falling and rising curve is not linear and a non-linear part concentrates in vocal part of the syllable. The previous prosody model represented this part of prosody as a linear curve, so it has to be improved. This paper proposed the improvement to the previous prosody model, based on the analysis results.
