A 15 MHz, 2.6 mW, sixth-order bandpass Gm-C filter in CMOS

In this paper, a CMOS sixth-order bandpass Gm-C filter is described of which center frequency can be controlled from 15 MHz to 33 MHz with 3.0 V single power supply. The filter is implemented in 0.8 /spl mu/m CMOS process and consumes about 2.6 mW.
