A Data Mining-Based Cognitive Radio System

In this article we provide a cognitive system that combines the traditional spectrum sensing process and the data mining process together. The data mining process aims to enhance the spectrum utilization using data mining. It includes three aspects: spectrum data pre-processing, spectrum data mining and results validation. The experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of such cognitive model.
