The impacts of enterprise network power on competitive advantage in production network — The moderating effect of institutional embeddedness

This article introduced institutional embeddedness into the study on network power and competitive advantage. Based on the theory source, the paper built the relational model and made an empirical study on the model by taking the manufacturing enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as the small samples, then chose SPSS and AMOS as statistic tools. The relationship of network power and competitive advantage was tested through structural equation model. The final test results indicated: The final test results indicated: the knowledge power had significant positive impacts on competitive advantage; structure power had significant positive impacts on competitive advantage. Mandatory embedded between network power (knowledge power and structure power) and competitive advantage acted as a significant moderator. Finally, the paper discussed and analyzed the cause of the research results.
