Scalable electrical-optical thermal simulator for multicores with optical interconnects

We present a framework for fast and scalable thermal transient simulation embedded into manycore architectural simulator. With speed-up of 13-300x over prior approaches, our solver enables fine-grain thermal simulation without slowing down the architectural simulation.
