Employees' adaptation to technological changes in a multinational corporation in Malaysia

The present exploratory study examines the impact of technological changes on employee motivation and satisfaction. The results indicate that the ability to cope with technological changes, is linked to job specification. Higher level employees adapt better. A way of improving adaptation is to consult with all employees In the implementation of new technologies.
