=4,35 s. The intrinsic spatial resolution is given by the setup and was calculated to be 2 mm in z- and 4 mm in x-direction. The deconvoluted image (see fig. 1B) shows a good agreement and proves the feasibility of imaging studies, e.g. in pre-clinical context, based on TWMPI.
