New on-line survey prize winner

If you recall, the IEEE EMC Society debuted a new On-Line Survey at the 2012 IEEE International Symposium on EMC in Pittsburgh. An incentive to get people attending the Symposium and other EMC Society members not in attendance to complete the survey was the offer of a free “early bird” registration to attend the 2013 IEEE International Symposium on EMC in Denver, Colorado this August.
