Enriching cellular networks with Dynamic Spectrum Access and energy harvesting: A network planning case

We present a novel optimization framework enabling cellular network planning that takes into consideration two state-of-the-art technologies: (i) Dynamic Spectrum Access, and (ii) energy harvesting.
