The Load Sensing Principle of Proportion Multi-channel Valve and its Application in Excavator

A group of proportion multi-channel valve basic load sensing principle for hydraulic excavators is introducted in this paper firstly, the concept of load sensing and load compensation and its two kinds of control method: constant power control and variable power control is analysised. Structure and working principle of proportional multiple valves is presented. The working process of three-way and two-way load sensing valve is elaborated. A preliminary study of the proportion multi-channel valve for hydraulic excavator is made.
