Activity based integrated test development enviroment

This paper is showing one software component of functional Set Top Box verification system. Relaying on a system for device testing using methodology of “Black box” it introduces new model for test design. Test model is based on visual programming concepts with support of Activity theory. The frontend, shown in this paper, is visual programming and backend is Python code generator.
