Implementation and application of plate micro-tracking in experimental mill for hot flat rolling

Plate micro-tracking is one of the important functions in the automation control system of the experimental mill for hot flat rolling. It is applied to track the changes of position, dimension and experimental status of plate. The arrangement of the tracking sensors is introduced. The structure of the tracking data sheet is designed. And the control methods of the position micro-tracking, the dimension micro-tracking and the experimental status micro-tracking are described in detail. Practical application shows that the function has the characteristics of reasonable structure, reliable performance and high tracking precision.
