Advantages of ungrounded marine electric systems

FOR MANY YEARS there has been a great deal of discussion and interest expressed concerning the possibility of grounding the neutral of marine electric systems. It is the purpose of this paper to consider the numerous theoretical and practical considerations accumulated over the years with regard to industrial and electrical utility plants1‾
