Meeting preview: Wescon celebrates its 30th in San Francisco: Technical sessions will concentrate on ICs and the microprocessor and business sessions on how to cope in today's economy

Wescon - the Western Electronics Show and Convention - will celebrate its 30th birthday this year in San Francisco with 957 exhibit booths and professional sessions. The events, slated for Sept. 14 to 17, will unfold at the downtown Civic Auditorium, adjacent to Brooks Hall, and the San Francisco Hilton Hotel.
