OTSU Image Segmentation Algorithm with Immune Computation Optimized PCNN Parameters

Segmentation of digital image is an important link in digital image processing. According to the improved algorithm of PCNN's basic simplified model (Pulse Coupled Neural Network, PCNN) and the theory of immune algorithm the paper has studied the realization of intelligent OTSU image segmentation method and made a design of the OTSU image segmentation immune algorithm with self-adaptive determination of parameters. Through experimentation the algorithm has been proved effective and achieved a good result.
