Study on enterprise comprehensive performance assessment mechanism

Precise assessment of the enterprise's operational performance is one of the central issues in the evaluation of its comprehensive performance. This paper designs the enterprise comprehensive performance assessment system mainly through the aspects of quantitative assessment indices and qualitative assessment indices. In qualitative assessment index system, it uses parameters such as financial benefit, asset operation, liquidity, development ability, risk-resisting ability and in qualitative assessment index system, it uses parameters such as leadership basic ability, market power (customer satisfaction), comparative level of basic administration, quality of workforce, technical equipment renewal level (hardware service environment), industrial or regional influence, business development strategy and long-term development ability. On the basis of establishing index system, this paper correspondingly uses performance assessment method. The comprehensive performance assessment mechanism enables the enterprise to understand its position in the industry, compare actual value of specific indices with assessment criteria, and better the enterprise's business management.
