Message from General Chair, Vice Chairs and Technical Program Co-Chairs

The Wireless and Optical Communications Networks 2012 (WOCN2012) conference was held during 20th, 21st and 22nd of September, 2012. WOCN2012, the next generation of Internet is the Ninth conference in its series aimed at stimulating technical exchange in the emerging and important fields of Mobile and Wireless and Optical Communications Networks. The conference is intended to provide a timely forum for exploratory research and practical contributions from North America, Europe, Middle East and Far East. WOCN2012 presents tutorials on related subjects, panels discussions and keynote speeches. WOCN 2012 conference receives a large number of submissions more than 200 technical papers each year. Papers are reviewed by three reviewers before acceptance.
