I/O-precedential process as an ontological parameter estimation

In this study, we present a mathematical format to represent influence for a system element without explicit assignment of another interacting element. This format is associated with a data flow process as a new type of numerical driven-dissipative systems. We show the driven-dissipative system can generate power law distributions.
