Basic to administrative activities of an advanced measurement and control engineer

This paper introduces activities of an advanced measurement and control engineer. The activities range from basic to extended ones. The basic ones correspond to activities as a leading engineer of measurement and control in a company, which are basically common to all corresponding engineers. On the other hand, the extended activities would vary from engineer to engineer. So, as an example, the author's practical activities, that are mainly administrative ones, are introduced.
