EEMTIC'81 issue editor's review and commentary

THE 1981 Electrical and Electronic Measurement and Test Instrument Conference (EEMTIC) was held in Ottawa, Ont., Canada, during September 22–24. From the papers presented, a selection of 17 papers was made for this EEMTIC issue. Other papers, requiring resubmission and further review, will undoubtedly find their way into future issues of the IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement.
