Design and Implementation of the News Coverage for Command and Control System Based on GIS

The business needs of current news report are firstly introduced in this paper, while the objective of GIS-based news report commanding & dispatching system, the functions of sub-modules, structural design and system advantages of that are also stated. Moreover, the specific design of the system work flow is explained in detail, finally the design and actualization methods for the system are presented as well.
