The influence “heating-cooling” process rate on temperature hysteresis of ferroelectric capasitor structures

We have investigated the influence of the time mode of cooling, electric field and electroconductivity on the thermal hysteresis in capacitor structures based on ceramics Ba
_0.55
Sr
_0,45
TiO
₃
with 12 wt.% magnesium-containing supplements. Different mechanisms of the appearance of thermal hysteresis are discussed.
