Methodologies for assessment of actual field results of distribution Voltage and Var Optimization

This paper addresses the methodologies for the assessment of actual field results of distribution Integrated Voltage and Var Optimization, based on the introduced methods of assessment of the Load-To-Voltage dependencies and Conservation Voltage Reduction factors; of modeling the non-monitored loads and voltages; and of validation of these models.
