Message from the WETICE 2012 General Co-Chairs

This is the first time that the IEEE WETICE conference has taken place in Toulouse at ISAE, the Institut Supérieur de l’Aeronautique et de l’Espace, in cooperation with the LAAS-CNRS laboratory. WETICE is sponsored by IEEE, West Virginia University, ISAE, and LAAS-CNRS.
