Considerations in developing a European framework for ICT professionalism

This paper outlines the key results of a research initiative funded by the European Commission to develop proposals for a European framework for ICT professionalism. The objective of the project is to support the development of a framework that will help mature the ICT profession within Europe and facilitate practitioner mobility.
