The Effects of Perfluorooctane Sulfonate (PFOS) on Germination and Physiological Status of Rice Seedlings

Seeds of rice were treated with serial concentrations of perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) for observation of germination and development. PFOS of 150 mg/L dose resulted in a germ inability rate of 87% and a germination rate of 88%, which was 96% and 97% respectively in control group.
