Synthesis and characterization of ZnS-MnS nano composites

ZnS -MnS nano composite has been prepared through a chemical route, namely the microwave assisted solvothermal method. The nano structure of the prepared nano particles have been analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM).Conductivity and Impedance measurements were carried out on the pelletized sample‥ The sizes of as prepared nano particles are found to be in 1– 6nm range. Electrical properties were enhanced than the end members.
