The urban motor's parking algorithmic

Nowadays, there are so many motors in China but the distribution of parking lots and the parking planning grow slowly, which can't meet the demand of parking and cause a huge waste of resources even. This paper analyses the present parking planning and the parking lots' distribution, then given Assign problem algorithm of parking planning, using Hungarian algorithm to solve the problem, and it is workable.
