Research on construction of small and medium-sized enterprise crisis management system

China's SME have to build a scientific crisis management system under the context of knowledge economy era in economic globalization and international competition. SME crisis management system consists of three parts: warning management system mechanism-based of prevention to early pre-crisis, control processing system, whose core is to communicate when a crisis occurs, recovery management system to summarize and assess the post-crisis. Specifically, SME crisis management system should include early warning subsystem, pre-control subsystem, the processing subsystem, subsystems and recovery subsystem summary. At the same time, specific measures of crisis management system operation should be made to promote SME. Through establishing an effective enterprise risk management systems and effective crisis management mechanism, SME can reduce the intensity and the scope of crisis, and minimize the losses caused by the crisis coming.
