Youla-parametrized regulator with observer

The error properties of state-feedback/observer (SFO) topologies of modern control systems is easier to study using equivalent transfer function representations (TFR's). This approach is used to study why an observer can radically reduce even large model errors. The observer principle shown with these forms is then combined with Youla-parametrization (YP) introducing a new class of regulators.
