Right of Way - Buried Metallic Pipelines HV-Power Lines. Mitigation Techniques

The paper proposes some new mitigation techniques taken of emphasizing the unsuitable effect of a.c. stray currents induced in an underground high pressure gas transmission pipelines. The developed mitigation measures will be implemented on a practical case, for two pipelines with a parallel route with the same right of way with a 110 kV. The measurements have been carried out by the authors with the help of Pipeline Diagnose Laboratory from Transgaz S.A. Medias Romania.
