The analysis and research of visual perception and image processing in visual information design—Take Google Earth for example

The aim of design is to provide a legible information map and instructions to the searchers. Designers research the graphic design by Perceptual Decomposition and Perceptual Combination in the Graphical Perception Theory. They also use the Psychology of Vision to interpret and remind people's views and perceptions on searching Google Earth information. According to the research and analysis about the visual information design, features, and theory in Google Earth, there are some problems in simplifying and intensifying graphics. I hope information design can develop further and find out a more realistic, more practical, and more dependable Google Earth.
