Robust M-1 channel /spl Pi//spl Delta//spl Sigma/ ADC

It has been shown that chopper stabilized /spl Pi//spl Delta//spl Sigma/ ADC with adaptive channel gain equalization and some time oversampling can be made robust against DC offset errors, channel gain mismatches and the Hadamard modulation level errors at the front-end. Furthermore, we show that one of the channels can be removed in this architecture which results in a M-1 channel /spl Pi//spl Delta//spl Sigma/ ADC that achieves the same performance with less hardware complexities.
