Analyze the electromagnetic scattering problem with the non-uniform high order FDTD method

A generalized high order finite-difference time domain (FDTD) method has been proposed to analyze the scattering problems. In this method, the discrete singular convolution (DSC) is used to deal with the spatial difference. At the same time, the symplectic integration propagator is used for time difference. A non-uniform gridding method is utilized to generate a more flexible computational domain in this paper. The scattering problem can be simulated much more accurately and effectively by the DSC-SIP high order FDTD method with non-uniform grid. Numerical example utilizing the non-uniform high order FDTD method is provided for solving the scattering problem.
