Fast generation of a white and normal random signal

A novel weighting function for a digital filter is proposed for generating a white and normal random signal from a binary signal. The weighting function is derived from an even-shift orthogonal sequence. A filter with this weighting function can generate a white and normal random signal very quickly.<
