Information system design based on Petri net

Petri net is wildly used because of its features such as a formal and graphics language with strict mathematical definition as well as accurate syntax and semantics definition. This paper introduces the basic theory of Petri net briefly and discusses the approach of designing information system based on Petri net, as well as the architecture of the information system.
