Model and empirical analysis for organization knowledge innovation system

Knowledge innovation was one of targets and cores of knowledge management, organization knowledge innovation was an open complicated system work, which was affected by several internal and external factors. First, elements of knowledge innovation system were analyzed; Second, factors of organization knowledge innovation system were discussed; Third, key organizational factors and model of organization knowledge innovation were concluded through empirical research; Last, some conclusions and advices were proposed.
