Research of modeling of support service time for multi-echelon equipment maintenance support system based on queue theory

Based on analyzing the concept of support service time, aiming at the problem of support serve time for multi-echelon equipment maintenance support system, The element and influencing factors of the time are analyzed. Mathematical model is utilized to establish an analyzing support serve time. Based on Queue theory, the model of support serve time for multi-echelon equipment maintenance support system is established.
