Analysis on coordinated development of infrastructure and urban business area

The research is about the coordinated development of infrastructure and the urban business area based on the empirical research method. It focuses on designing urban energy system, communication system, cultural and educational system, traffic system and analyzing the coordinated development between infrastructure and urban business area. The study shows that, infrastructure has significant effects on the development of urban business area. There are three important variables, that is, college students, university faculties, and number of operating public vehicles ( or electric cars). The output elasticities of these three variables are 0.531775, 0.491010, 0.418578 separately.
