The lateral shift of reflected homogeneous electromagnetic wave at the interface of conductive media

The lateral shift of reflected electromagnetic wave is derived at the interface of conductive media by the phase shift of reflected electromagnetic wave, and a numerical computing example of a low frequency wave is given. The results show that the shift increases with the increasing of incidence angle, and when the incidence angle approaches 90°, the reflected wave will propagates for a long distance before returning to the first medium.
