The Determinants of IT Outsourcing: An Empirical Investigation of Public and Private Hospitals in France

The purpose of this paper is to identify the factors influencing IT outsourcing decision of hospitals in France. Considering the difference between public and private sectors, this research aims also to compare the decision factors of these two kinds of hospitals. The results of the preliminary analysis show that, on the IT outsourcing decision factors, there is no significant difference between public and private hospitals in France.
