An algorithms based on vehicle symmetry property for vehicle detection

The main purpose of this thesis is to detect vehicles in a road scene. The ability to detect vehicle rears could be very useful in applications like ACC, as well as in collision avoidance systems. this thesis introduce a symmetry detection algorithms to detect the location of a car.
