Study on the system for planning and construction of ecological army barrack

Ecological army barrack is the trend and goal of our military camp construction, however, the lack of systematic planning and construction system leads to the difficulties of its operability. A novel system for planning and construction of ecological army barrack is presented in this paper, which consists of ecological planning making, ecologic technology selecting, ecologic culture supporting, and ecologic management implementation. The system is coincident to the principles of ecology and the sustainable development theory, and will provide theoretical and practical guidance for our ecological army barrack construction and study.
