Picosecond few-fermion dynamics of a single self-assembled InGaAs quantum dot

Population dynamics, excited biexciton states, excitonic and conditional biexcitonic Rabi oscillations in a single quantum dot embedded in a photodiode are investigated combining ultrafast pump-probe techniques with sensitive photocurrent readout.
