Evaluation model for the location of residential real estate development based on rough set

Utilizing the fundaments of attribute reduction of rough sets theory, a kind of computational method for evaluating indicator weight of the locations of residential real estate development is introduced. Combining the subjective weight and objective weight, a kind of synthetical judgment model for the locations of residential real estate development which is based on rough sets theory is established so that the evaluation results are more scientific and objective. Finally the usability for this method is verified through living examples.
