Dielectric behaviour and thermostimulated current of copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and trifluoroethylene

The dielectric behavior and thermostimulated current have been investigated in the 77/23 and 56/44 mol% copolymers of vinylidene fluoride and trifluoroethylene which were polarized under different conditions. The peak Tm is melting point of the copolymers. The peak /spl rho/ is due to the depolarization of the space change. The Tc is the Curie point of the ferroelectric polymers. The peak /spl alpha//sub 0/ may be attributed to the molecular motion in crystalline regions. The peaks /spl beta/ and /spl gamma/ correspond to the glassy transition and local mode relaxation in amorphous regions, respectively.
