Design of software platform in General Purpose Automatic Test System based on PAWS

This paper introduces the components of GPATS, architecture of software and partition of functions, discusses the development and design of test programs, driver programs, function services and man-machine interface, solves the portability and reusability of test program. The result show the realization of correlative test function and well effect in the actual application.
