A study of Jia-Musi highway bridge reinforcing materials test

The JiaMusi highway bridge reinforcement material experiment process are expounded. In the self-compacting concrete material performance tests, concrete strength meets the design requirements. In the vibration influencing on concrete strength tests, values of intensity decrease to 10~20%. In the planting-bar anchorage tests, no concrete was brought out, nor tape out. The experimental results show that healthy environment has no influence on the C50 self-compacting concrete strength basically; the vibration condition plays a large part of the strength of concrete; and the difference anti-pull force between planting-bar anchorage depth of 15cm and anchorage depth of 20cm is small. Therefore in JiaMusi highway bridge concrete construction, vehicle speed is surposed to to be controlled in order to decrease the bridge vibrating influence on concrete strength; when local drilling depth can't meet the design requirements, it is better to reduce the drilling depth to 15cm~20cm appropriately.
