Statistical analysis of anisotropic rotation-invariant textural measurements of human settlements from multitemporal SAR data

In this paper a change detection analysis of a multitemporal SAR sequence is presented. The study has been performed through the statistical analysis of an anisotropic rotation-invariant built up presence index over time.
